Why didnt you just looked at the back of the game ? It will say how many players splitscreen or not, and online

Same happened to my gf lol, she bought it for me to play together. Ended up with me playing and her watching ^_^

For some reason the previous generation didn't have too many split screen games... I'm hoping next generation will
