you unlock them all at some point. The enforcer is strength, patrol is fast, and undercover is well undercover

I'm definitely partial to the Cop career path right now.

I just kept to well rounded cars (I like being able to have control) and then doing what I thought was the most fun to actually achieve.
some of the pursuit tech I don't find interesting enough, though.
