i'm looking for good "story telling" games, a few of my favorites are heavy rain, until dawn, far cry 6, games that fit under that category.

Almost every ps exclusive has an excellent story. The best of them are:

God of war + ragnarok
Ghost of Tsushima
Horizon zero dawn
The last of us

The Witcher 3 and cyberpunk 2077 are also extremely good story driven rpgs

So Heavy Rain and Until Dawn are more point and clicks and FC6 is more of a shooter/action game. I can't stand the point and click games but love the story driven action games:

- Last of us (I actually like 2 better, but you need to play 1 first)
- The Silent Hill 2 Remake is very good
- Others have mentioned Horizon Zero Dawn/Forbidden West both of which are awesome.
- Red Dead 2
- Nier Automata
- I'll get crucified but I'm playing FF16 right now and it's actually pretty good.
- Expedition 33 - It's a meme now after it won like 14 GOTY awards, but it's an amazing game with some of the best music and art design I've ever seen. You can also scale the difficulty to where it's pretty hard for a turn based RPG that allows for grinding.
