Yeah. You can turn it all off. I was tipped off making sure not to use express when installing because you pretty much have to turn everything off.

yeah u can turn it off but then you cant use half of windows
also theres fake turning it off
like something have it disabled but u have to have 1 of the 2 options selected and both are crap
theres no turning that shit off 100% from what ive seen

i think you might need a third party program to completely remove the tracking shit in windows10

but there are going to be lot of games that are windows 10 exclusive (the ones published my MS, killer instinct, halo wars2, etc.). Plus any game that will use DX12. So I am going to switch to windows10 sooner or later

nah they will prob work with 7 games still go back to windows xp and shit in terms of acceptable windows

if the game is designed with dx12 it will only work with 10

also pretty sure part of the free upgrade is so they can get an instant large user base to encourage using dx12

Nah, Direct X has a monopoly on video drivers. What they say goes, pretty much. Dev's would have jumped on with or without Windows 10.
