if you have like + pulse critical hit damage on items do you get that bonus from other peoples pulse?

im pretty sure pulses stack

how long until incursions. killing noobs is getting boring like we went man hunt in the middle of dz3 extraction like 20 people and we killed them all. this game is brutal if u dont gor the top gear items and rolls

id actually prefer scaled pvp balanced pvp over this stat shit, just saying atleast id be a challenge that involved true teamwork to win.
