Can you still spend money on training after lvl 50?

if so, I have SNeak/ Pick Pocket/ Archery/ Alchemy + more skills to gain lots of exp lvling.

you can, you just need to find the higher level trainers.

ex: for archery faendal only gets you up to 50 cause i think he's ranked as a basic archery teacher, but if you go to aela of the companions she should be able to get you higher since she's considered an expert teacher.
i could be wrong though, this is all what i came up with from reading the wiki.
but i'm pretty sure it works that way.

e: but i don't think they can train you up to 100, but that's unconfirmed.

I've touched quests, but am only like 1/3 through the main one haha

My buddy makes his own quests like try to kill Parthanaxx without the Clear Skies shout. I keep telling him it is impossible, but that doesn't stop him from trying.

Probably from the same NPC that you bought it from, not sure. But for example that "Mage" from Whiterun can do it for your Whiterun house.

AFAIK some normal mobs stays at lvl 46-50, while some "bad" ones scales with your lvl.
