On multiplayer, what are those /// next to the level displayed.
Sometimes it shows a dot as well

Not quite sure on the /// since I think they are just default symbols until you do a fifth twelve weeks until you get the slanted cross. Dots count for each time a player completed a twelve week span though.

I just did the play through I needed for all the collectibles.

Just need to do these:

Survival mode, optional conversations, shiv doors, and the joke book trophy.

Need 100 medicine for that, and the worst parts are in the beginning with Tess. And with Bill.
