i'm trying to fight the Pursuer but it says "cannot pass" when I go up to the fog door, anyone know why? Didn't have this problem on PS3. I searched it and people say either someone is invading or the game hasn't finished downloading yet, but neither is the issue for me.

it can't be someone invading as invasions do not prevent entering a boss fight
the common one mentioned is the unfinished download though from what i can see
