I just don't see how it's worth it. You don't get coins from completing the mission just loot. Sure it's nice to get those high ends but the odds of one dropping with a decent roll is very slim. Farm some coins (I feel as though the best way is to farm the lincon tunnel) and buy blueprints. Just my opinion.
