you were prob the host and had server hosting lag i used to get that shit all the time go to leave n they gotta find a new host

and i get kill everytime i use it.

If you dont use it when you die, you lose 50% of your ability charge, and if you use it, you get killed.
If at least you could look around while you are down, so you see where the guy is camping, waiting for you to respawn

its not the same default distance so you cant compare, but you get what i meant
also it seems like it charges alot faster than the other specialist weapons.

yea, burst shoot faster.

Just tried it in custom games. You should try it too, you'll see the difference.
