It doesn't affect sound, description says "Heavy Armor weighs nothing and doesn't slow you down when worn" at least not for me, I can clearly hear my armor sound. Muffled Movement reduces sound from armor 50% and it's in Sneak Tree.
Besides Light Armor has "Unhindered - Light Armor weighs nothing and doesn't slow you down when worn" and "Wind Walker - Stamina regenerates 50% faster in all Light Armor: head, chest, hands, feet".

I have 3/5 in Juggernaut and 1 point in Well Fitted and I'm about 200 AR over def cap when using Daedra Armors. I shoulda pick Light Armor too at start.

True say, must have meant "....negates Weight & slow Speed of all..." good eye.

Just hit lvl40 trying to plan my last 10 points... haven't touched lock picking/ pick pocketing/ alteration/ destruction/ conjuration......

Some mobs has same lvl as you, not sure if it stops, normal monsters stays at 46 and dragons etc 50.
Although their dmg/dmg resist/hp is very low compared to yours at high lvls, assuming that you have dragon/ebony/daedra items. Which is why I had to "gimp" my char so I wouldn't 1-2 shot everyone, even ancient/elder dragons couldn't kill me while I was killing them using 1 weapon.
