Is bf4 down?

im having trouble making a psn account, every time i try to create an account, the menu just loads forever. i assume this is because everyone and their mothers are trying to log in?

I managed to get everything logged in fine just sucks that now all I can do is pretty much wait till next week when I can pick up a couple of games.

Downloaded Contrast and Blacklight for now to pass the time.
