The UCD shows thirty cars at a time. It rotates in six new cars at the top, and rotates out the bottom six for every game day.

Entering either a license test or a race counts as one game day. You don't actually have to participate in said event; just enter it, and exit it.

Do that five times, and you'll have a fresh selection in the UCD to pick through.
