If true (and it almost certainly is, as the ESRB doesn’t rate games out of thin air), this will mark the second Sony-owned HD collection to make its way from PS3 to Vita; the Jak & Daxter Collection was recently confirmed to be coming to Vita after a rumor surfaced last month indicating that it was a possibility

I wonder if the trophies will be different on Sly as well as Jak & Daxter?

Sounds like the trophies are going to be the same but you have to play again. You can't just sync your vita to the ps3 and call it good.
