I discovered something
Yellow items are boss specific
I killed the same named boss and every time he drops a yellow it's the exact same item

maybe
well what boss n yellow was it

Bullet King
He drops caduceus
Every time it's a yellow drop

if your in bad spots they spawn and run up behind u its like wtf is shooting me dodge around but they just keep shooting u
