pm me if you beat the game and want to talk about the ending. i found all of the recordings and pieced together the story but for some reason people keep saying the ending is different than what i saw. i just want you to describe to me the events in the last area and how you saw the game end. i am convinced the ending is the same for everybody but the last area has a huge impact on how you perceive it.

There is only one ending. The ending is a mind fuck in the respect that it leaves it to you to make your own decision as to what happened. It can be different for many people in its perception but in fact only one set of events occurred and its up to you as a RL human to justify it.

for those of you that didn't like the ending, how would you have wanted it to end?

I think the way it ends leaves a lot of discussion to be had, so I think the ending is fine.

you don't find that too conventional? people die in endings all the time, it would just be another sob story.

i dont think you understand. if certain events arent completed in the game, such as the player not picking a certain something up and examining it, or several of these objects (in a heavy combat zone) then the ending seems totally different. completely different. thats what i want to talk about.
