What is what? I am saying a custom Phantom Pain controller would be nice, especially since Japan got a Phantom Pain PS4.

I don't understand why scea doesn't seem to think that there isnt a market stateside for custom consoles and localization of foreign games. Nintendo proves them wrong with things like monster hunter,fire emblem, custom 3ds and wiiu throughout the year yet SCEA won't budge

well SCEA did localize Soul Sacrifice (and the new 1 Delta) and is localizing Freedom Wars

Yeah but Tbh people begged them to do it. Delta wasn't confirmed to be coming to NA until pretty it's release.
