and i also use the throw voice shout, has a 5 sec cd and allows me to stay in stealth longer with the distraction it makes

I would suggest you buy Es: Oblivion (Goty Edition) for the awesome $30 it is now, it's even cheaper for pc if your computer is capable of running it. Oblivion will deliver a good introduction to the game with hundreds of hours worth of playing between the different classes/ builds.

If you enjoy completing Oblivion I believe it will produce an unimaginable interest for Skyrim.
