EA expect Sony and Microsoft to sell 10 million units combined before the end of the year.

WiiU sales after 6 months has just reached 3.9 million.

If you can play any game you downloaded on any system as long as you are logged in and 2 systems can be on at the same time, is there anything stopping 2 people sharing an account?
