most crusaders are dependent on a weapon for decent builds though (at least on PC, most builds have a weapon related to the main skill)

Ya I'm using some garbage unique with no socket atm

And my toughness needs a boost. My dps is only 200k so no wonder I can't touch torment lol.

Gonna have to grind out some rift runs in master and blow some blood shards I think to boost my dps

Can u craft a level 70 legendary weapon from new npc?

Im pretty sure you can craft any legendary so long as you have the plans/materials for it

Id be happy to do some rift runs with you in Master
I could use to bloodshards as well
Especially when Effing weapons cost 15 bloodshards

Well I meant gambling level 70 legendaries from the lady with blood shards. I'm aware I can craft em and plans are a bitch to find it seems

I have yet to gamble anything good with blood shards. I have about 50 atm and blew over 80 on weps and other garbage nothing even good sadly

Good ones are torment only drops.
