Demons Souls franchise ended with the only game in the franchise. If anything Dark Souls is just a spiritual successor. A new game with a new tittle; a great game at that.

And why don't you blame the PC community? With their mass modding and internet memes that they snowballed into one of the largest cult games around.

Dark Souls was still a great game and did a lot of stuff better then Demons Souls. Humanity works 10x better then shifting world tendencies. Holding up my iPad to the screen trying to compare what shade of grey the statue is to try and guess where the world tendency is was no fun.
