Yeah, before my plate finally hit level 70, I was trying to sneak around going CLANK CLANK CLANK...

But yeah, I'm up to about 40-45 sneak, going to keep working on it but it's boned me on a few of the quests sofar.

I play a High Elf Mage, so I don't wear anything but robes and a mask. So i'm good on that part.
When I joined my sneak was at 17, and now it's at like 50.

you can get that heavy armor perk where it reduces weight and i think silences it, or was that sneak with muffle.

So I've decided to become a stormcloak.. I figure since im a nord I'll just try it for the experience, probably make a readguard or imperial next.

I just started the Companions Guild questline. Figured since I am going back and doing quests now due to me finishing main quest-line, DB questline, Thieves questline, and College of Winterhold questline.. I'll probably do the Bards next.

I would avoid the companions, the only way to complete the first part of the quest chain is to bind blood with them ( accepting the werewolf perk )

and it sucks.!.

What's the werewolf perk? Where you cannot get double xp from sleeping or something like that?

No, you physically become a Werewolf.
