Yeah its definitely easier to score points and gain pins and stuff in rush than conquest, but as for K/D, I guess it would depend on how you play in rush.
My K/D scores are mostly better in conquest. Since me and my squad usually fight on the front line and try to plant charges and stuff in rush, we are pretty obvious targets for our opponents so we do die more than we would in conquest. But yeah, for those who patrol the choke spots in rush, it will be easier for them to improve their K/D.
Not so bothered about K/D being shown in the scoreboard, but as I've said in the past, I would definitely like to see stuff like number of flags captured/defended and mcoms blown/disarmed shown. I would also like to see a teamwork score like KZ2 has.

i chuck motion sensor mines so i know when ppl r comin n if its a smalelr buliding after i plant i throw a mortar strike on it n gtfo and go kill til i die pretty much lol
