Anyone know if I will get my ascendant shards back if i dismantle a fully upgraded legendary armor?

nope, you will only get like 2 or 3.

What about a fully upgraded exotic armor?

I got that exotic auto rifle. It kicks ass. Also gambled in the exotic helm engram and lucked out and got 1 for my warlock Just need to gram materials to upgrade all of my gear now lol.

Out of curiosity, do you get ascendant shards from VoG chest every run or once per week?

Since you do not gain experience in there, I may run it again for shards.
