im looking for a TANK for A/D vet + lmk

Would someone be kind to enlighten me what to do after i hit vr1?
Veteran dungeons? Undaunted quests for dungeons? Did 2 vet dungeons for quest so far as a healer. Didnt had much trouble keeping everyone alive except myself sometimes.
Still have quest in coldharbour but dont have main quest line. Should in finish up coldharbour?

Soon I'll be able to craft a basic set of armor to myself. ( 5x seducers )
Just wondering what to do on the pve line.
Pvp is a no go for me hence my internet is really limited.
