It's overrated, I got it and wasn't impressed, the thing I like about KoA is that u have one weapon yet u can do a bunch of moves with that weapon, in Skyrim u just slash em and nothing else, the spells in KoA are better too, well I never got to the master level spells in Skyrim which actually looked kinda cool but I'm not a huge mage fan

great game, really looking forward to more just like it lol, or a second one and a mmo version, i'd buy any games that come from this creator if they keep it similar, just new characters areas spells and monsters ^^

Lol. Then i'm sure you'd be happy to hear that Curt wants to put his stake in the gaming industry. Not sure if I can find the post, but he said something about books, comics, etc.

good, cuz for a first time attempt, this game is amazing, there' not much negativity i can say about it, other than that game changing glitch but u can avoid it easily

Yeah, no doubt. Easily my favorite company now. On the forums though there is a bit of QQ'ing and maybe some trolling, but not bad other then some people being nitpicky with a few things. I guess some don't understand that this game is for the masses.

There is a lootable "Pile" way off the map (Detect Hidden) in the northern section of Caeled Coast and I can't seem to get to it. Been trying a few times.

Any answers?

Yeah, but not that extreme of stat bonus. There are a few items that do give, for example, +1-2 sorcery stats. Some items give for example +10% damage with physical. It's one of the very few games i've played that is worth 60$. I love it.

Finally started playing again

Just did house of ballads questline.

I must say, I both love/hate being a caster in this game. I love everything about being a caster, but this game's targeting system is terrible.

When attacked by a group of enemies, regardless of where I/the camera are facing, I often find my aoes always targeting lone enemies, even when I should easily be able to hit a whole group. So damn annoying.

It could be worse lol. I think they did a great job on it being auto target.
