when you buy the dlc do you have to be a certain lvl to drive the car, and do you have to buy the car?

you dont have to buy the car. once you purchase the dlc, you get a "ticket voucher" in game and when you redeem it you get the lambo in your garage. not sure if there is a level restriction though

umm no. Lamborghini will ALWAYS be a level below Ferrari.

Ferrari is the pinnacle of technology and innovations in the automotive world.

nah level is only for buying. Once you have the car in your garage you're free to do w/e with it
