Every car goes through a phase of being "broken in". For example a Corvette with 30k miles is going to perform much better than one coming out of a factory with 0 miles.
It's also like a subwoofer, ur brand new sub isn't going to sound good until the suspensions on them is loosend up
the F10 has more aerodynamics and the F07 has more power. I personally like the F07 more because it was driven by my favorite Formula 1 driver - Kimi Raikkonen

also, the new B-Spec Spa seasonal is fucking GREAT to grind! I just start the game, make sure he gets to first position after first couple of laps and then I go afk. then 20 minutes later I got myself 2mills
and the Sarthe B-spec seasonal made me wet my pants.. it's great how polyphony implemented the games amazing weather change function AND they pretty much made it feel like a shortened 24 hour Le Mans since you have to switch drivers, come in to the pits for a new pair of shoes, you drive Le Mans cars, etc. It's absolutely amazing
