In defiance of my previous claim, no the game wasn't leaked but Sony Europe accidently released the game for preload late last week which of course allows those with computer expertise to review files. This usually means audio files, which led to characters which are a huge surprise, radio station, and various plot lines all being leaked. Long story short, Sony apologized and Rockstar scolded them publically. It was removed from PSN in Europe to prevent more of the game from being leaked.

This happens with every game, but Rockstar hates when it happens and it will legitimately hurt their relationship with the culprit. Rockstar likes secrecy.
