Got exotic.bounty

What lvl u have to be to get theses exotic bounties??? I'm having a bitch of a time gettin past 23. Just even finding better gear is hard enough. It's all lower lvl shit I'm finding. Like lvl 16-19 stuff

It has nothing to do with level
It's all luck and chance
Though the idea is that if you're higher level you have a higher chance and higher luck but it's not proven
I'm lvl 24 and I've gotten more Legendary and Exotic than people who play 3x more than me and lvl 27+

I'm almost 27 and I've never seen a exotic bounty, I only pvp though so I'm not sure if that matters.. What sort of things do you have to do for them?

Nothing it's off of chance
I got it after turning in my crucible bounty
I only.pvp too but people have gotten them from PvE as well

I mean what did you have to do to complete the bounty? Crucible kills of some sort?

There's like 5 steps to every bounty
-Find dead ghost
-Kill Vex Gate Lord w/ Heroic Modifier
-Dismantle 10x Rare Fusion Rifles
-Kill enemies W/ Fusion rifle until It stabilizes in weekly nightfall strike
I did not know that each bounty is registered to a specific exotic so I randomly picked one which gave me an exotic fusion rifle
Honestly would've liked a primary

FML just realized I'm not high enough to do nightfall so I guess i'll be holding onto the bounty for a while

i got 2 exotic bountys
not sure if ill complete them because their so hard

which ones did u get
my fusion rifle isn't hard but then again the last part of it is nightfall weekly which I can't even do
I don't think I have to actually finish the mission though
It says to just kill enemies with the fusion rifle until it stabilizes in a nightfall strike
Never said anything about completing the strike
