What does reporting do? I used to think the mods on this site were strict, when in fact they're probably the most lenient on any major traditional style forum. You can get away with flaming on this site that would get you banned on other sites. The only times I ever get warn are for posting streams. Trolling, flaming, illegal discussions are all fair game for days.

Trolling, at least is entertaining.

Reporting does work. If it needs to be I take it into my own hands and escalate it which gets taken care of quickly.
