good news boys. GT5 Spec 2.0 Coming in October, DLC to Follow

The GT community has been eagerly awaiting news of the next significant update following last month’s announcement hinting at new content and features for us this fall. According to a very rare English-language tweet from Kazunori Yamauchi this morning, that new content and features will be a “Spec 2.0″ update to the game in October and downloadable content shortly after:

GT fans, thanks for waiting… The GT5 Spec 2.0 update is coming the 3rd week of October, with DLC following a week later.

There is no news yet for fans regarding exactly what the Spec 2.0 update will bring nor the nature of – or the price of – the DLC to follow, but GTPlanet will report this information when it is revealed…

funny thing is, there doing it the same time forza 4 is releasing. Forza 4 release date- Oct 11, and this update is gone be up in the 3rd week of october. i think their trying to stray away gt fans from forza lol..

any true driving simulator fan will obviously say gt>forza

i did enjoy playing forza and probably will play forza 4 but nothing will touch what gt and the boys at polyphony digital have done for the world of racing games

yeah bro next week is going to be stellar.
1) going to ATL this weekend for the America Le Mans Series race at Road Atlanta, a phenomenal track
2) going to be camping out with some buddies watching the 10 hour race and drinking Creme Soda
3) Sunday I'm going back to ATL for their monthly "Caffeine and Octain" (their name for Cars & Coffee) and from what I hear they have some NICE cars there. I'm talking about Enzos, Veyrons, high $$ cars.
4) going to Ferrari of Atlanta right after the car show
5) GT5 2.0 patch AND DLC's!!!! OMFG OMFG OMFG! DLC'S!!!! PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE INCLUDE MY FAVORITE RACE TRACK: SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS!
next week is indeed going to be stellar and I'm fucking PUMPED!
