Following up from the announcement last week, the leader boards for the Mercedes Live Race Seasonal Event have now been reset, and a few minor changes have been made to the Top Gear Test Track via the latest Gran Turismo 5 update.

There is a bit of confusion about what, exactly, to call this latest version of the game. You’ll be prompted to download update “1.13″, though Polyphony Digital’s formal announcement describes it as version “1.12.572″. Regardless, it weighs in at only 1.1MB.

More interesting is the new Seasonal Event, “Supercar Revival”, featuring classic cars with no more than 550PP in the following races:

Rome Circuit (5 laps, 419,000 Cr.)
Special Stage Route 5 (5 laps, 480,000 Cr.)
Suzuka Circuit (5 laps, 519,600 Cr.)
Nurburgring Nordschleife (1 lap, 559,500 Cr.)
Mt. Aso 109A (7 laps, 500,400 Cr.)
There’s a corresponding update to the game’s Online Car Dealership, along with new time trials at Tokyo R246 and Cote d’Azur, and new drift trials at Special Stage Route 5 and Circuit de la Sarthe 2009.

I have like 670 cars now. Not even close to a 1000 lol...

See they lowered the price of the 2J, used to be 14 Mill, now 7.5 mill 4 Mill to go then ive got one

i had them before too lol... i was 34 a spec/ 35 b spec with ~450 cars.... now I'm 33 a spec/ 29 b spec with ~200 cars. I'm slowly trying to get to where i was before.

too bad we can't trade cars over 1 mil :*(

I'm lvl 39 b-spec and 34 or 35 a-spec. One more 24 hour Le Mans and I'll be at 40. Oh and same with Bob

Oh the a-spec Formula Gran Turismo races?
yeah I'm waiting for the in-game saving feature to do those. I can't do 30 fucking laps around Fuji speedway hahaaha...
but when I attempted it it was pretty easy for me, I had a nice lead
