Possibly one of the dumbest things I've heard of someone doing in awhile. Tell him to go trade it in for $30 while he can, or complain to Treyarch and see if they'll send him a 360 copy. The game store will tell him he's fucked because he opened it.

This. I haven't seen any issues besides normal COD server issues. Which unfortunately, will always be a fucking thing. I'm just wondering how long it'll be until the next DDOS strike, I'm thinking Christmas again.

trying to join with a party of 6 we either get glitched games or loose a couple people in the lobby and have to back out
