It's easier to farm marks, strikes, events and pvp and then buy stuff from xur tomorrow and the vendors when you hit lvl 2-3 for each faction.

If you want "immediate" gratification then farm the cave on earth in skywatch. But it's a crap shoot whether you'll get anything out of it because of RNG

I've done this numerous, times, it's total crap, I don't even get blues.........

really?? thats how i lvl up my cryptarc. and ive gooten about 6-8 legs and a shit ton of blues there. i guess it hit and miss with each person
