You go to an enchantment table and disenchant items with enchantments to learn them.. destroys the item though

You have to disenchant a magic weapon. I thought that was obvious if you went to the table. Says "disenchant" in big letters.

yea same lol.. im thinking there is college or some kind of shop that sells them, didn't know disenchanting things makes me learn the enchantment lol.

You can increase your enchanting level by enchanting rando gear with petty/ common soul gems...

Save greater/ grand soul gems for your main gear.

How much gold does it take to max Blacksmithing and Enchanting? Does anyone know?

cost me about 5-6k to max smithing, just making iron daggers and selling them back

I spent about 8-9k for smithing. To max it out. But that might also be from
Buying random stuff as part of it.
I think it might be closer to 7k depending if you have haggling items too
