Is the fallen walker bounty glitched?

I need to kill 3 fallen walker. I killed 3, and it only says 1/3 killed.

Gotta deliver killing blow

I didn't know that till my 3rd walker so I went to where he is for the strike (while not on the strike) and soloed him
