Naw man
I read somewhere that it's like Survival mode.

like if you've played Gears of War, there's a co-op survival mode with waves of people and this is basically just like that

you prob get xp based on kills or what not and it just adds to ur rank
if its vs npc guys and stuff dont think it would count as ur online kd ratio becasue al lthe other stuff is pvp

Yeah maybe, but you are actually playing online, you will be set in a group with 3 others (full squad) and then you will play.
