Can't smoke in this apartment so my neighbor next door smokes outside my window 10 times a day. A few times a week I'm not smelling tobacco coming in my window

My outside wall consists of 90% window 5% wall and 5% door. Small apartment, cats, no AC... I'll just take the occasional smell of smoke and keep the windows cracked all day and night.
