i tried to play both infamous 1 and 2 and never really got into it, despite infamous 2 being free. this one however is a ton of fun i love it.

I thought infamous 2 was better.

Not graphically but in terms of story and gameplay.

If you can wait for a price drop I'd say go for ROS. Infamous will still be here

how repetitive is it? thats what got me bored on inf1 but it sounds like 2 was better

You don't have to be careful. You can just blow shit up and not worry about the consequences. Also the ultimate moves are easier to acquire since you are constantly doing evil things. Only thing is you can't bank evil actions the same way you can with good. If you perform evil actions you need to get all the way to maxing it out otherwise after about 20 seconds you have to start over again.
