You are right because this is a price drop just not in the typical sense.
By bundling a game with the console they are essentially selling the console for less.
Eventually sales will slow down and they will separate the two and just outright sell the console for less and call it a price drop.

None of which I want to pay 60 dollars for (even the MGS is less). Very few games I buy on release for full price.
