Yeah, but if I remember you need quite a few points to lose it, not sure about points for suspensions.

It's been a long time. If someone asked me how many points any given person has I wouldn't know.

The state requires that if I get into two accidents in a 3 year period that I retake the driving test. Just found that out in February. I had two weeks to retake except I never got notice of this last may. If I didn't take it in 2 weeks my license was suspended. I didn't lose all my points. In fact I should have all of my available points on my license since it has been a year since any traffic infraction at this point
