Started a new character, going full out team America world police bos style

Decided my endgame should be wasteland whisperer. Have it at level 2 now and I'm 39 so I have 10 levels till I can max it. We'll see how it works next deathclaw I see

Also which mission needs to be completed for the prydwen to appear , evidently it's not part of the Cambridge quest line

Ending 2 complete. Now to play brotherhood ending then some clean up and I'm done till potentially dlc if it's worth it
