Trying Jeremies Beneveloant Leader suggestions now. Can you explain the Bell further?

I may have messed up and build a chem station and not a clinic. Now I have 2 chem stations and 3 clinics. So we'll see if it works.

I have two super water purifiers in sanctuary and a bunch of water pumps. I do a mission, go back there collect the water. Sell to vendors. Profit
