Sony servers operate exactly like every other server. When they targeted there attack at Steam, Twitch, Blizzard, snd Xbox Live the same thing happened. It's the nature of the attack. You are just complaining without a full understanding of what actually happen.

An apt metaphor is saying its a cashiers fault for being robbed at gunpoint because they don't know how to run a store.

If I was some sheep customer that I am to Sony, while watching them being robbed, I would expect something to be said after the matter, not asking for a free meal by any means, just some sort of human feedback that isn't a total load of BS. But, I can't really complain, I'm still playing gta5 SP
