today i confronted her and i said to her
"if you have more sonority over me you need to step up and take on more responibilty and do more then just stay in the kitchen"

i let it all out on her that was built up for awhile
it kinda felt good in away

in all seriousness though good for you for confronting her "seniority" issue. hopefully this allows you two to have a better working relationship and better both of yourselves in the future. i also hope this doesnt turn around and bite you if she twists what was said and done to her own benefit sometime in the future.
