i was pissed off today at a co-worker today i wanted to snap

i was so close of calling our supervisor

the lady at work only cooks the food and she has more sonority over me...(thats all she knows how to do)

she dont deal with the phone/computer/money/supervisor etc.

so when i tell her not to make the green beans with lunch menu she said no and does it any ways
first of grren beans aren't on the menu
second off green beans dont go with tocas (but Mexicans eat green beans with there tocas all the time, so she says)


if i would go to the manager but nothing will be done when she returns
and it's not the first time she hasn't listen to me

should i just let it go or is she right?

what is your position?
if shes higher up then you you cant do shit really
if nobody notices who cares...

same position, she was just there longer that doesnt know anything other then cooking

why do i get stuck with all bs work and stress related stuff while she just does w/e she wants

well did the greenbeans sell or get eaten?
if there not on the menu y does ur restaurant even have them?
shes the cook she prob knows whats up although it could be an extra cost to the managers... but at that point she gets blamed wtf do u care
if shes bin there longer then you and shes the cook shes prob bin doing it for a while now... with no harm..maybe the manager told her to make them

when something goes wrong she comes to me
but when i ask her to do something she turns her head and walks away

it not just the greenbeans

but lets say the superviser walked in that day who would get blamed for something thats not on the menu?
