yeah I said the same thing when I was thinking up my psn id, I musta spent 2 hours straight until I found a name that was available

Yes but as it stands in order to delete something off my vita to get something new on it I need to finish what I want to delete. It's like a small incentive.

Amazon support is the best customer service I've ever experience. I get refunds on things immediately with hardly any question and I get to keep the item most of the time.

yep, if the item is under $5-10, they'll usually just say "and you can keep the item as our apology, because it's not worth the trouble of shipping it back"

lol - i've gotten so many free books when they ship me the wrong edition and i complain about it. lol
