4k isnt standard lol and there prob so cheap becasue there not that useful yet unless u got a nice pc or watch movies
by time theres enough content to make 4k standard they are going to be coming out with 8k or something theres no buying for the future in technology lets be real
technology keeps becoming better exponentially but the content providers simply dont /cant keep up becasue its not logical for selling to a market thats not there
You don't buy 4k tvs to play PC computer games. You don't buy a TV for a PC if you actually care about performance. You buy a
monitor.Like I said, it appears samsung already stopped making 1080p.
And yes, 4
k is standard. Go look. Go look at what stores are offering at what prices. It's standard. It's really not hard to look this stuff up guys, really.
If this thread took place 2 years ago, around the big price drop of 4k, then I would have agreed with you guys.
I'm not saying everyone should go out and buy a 4k tv, I don't even have one, but if I was purchasing a new TV, I wouldn't buy a 1080p tv.
4k is currently the market standard, period. It doesn't mean it's the best, it doesn't mean it's for everyone, but it's the standard.
