try doing what i do if your moving the analog in towards the ps button sometimes i just push my thumb knuckle down and it pushes the analog in faster then to actually go from the top
it pushes it from the side vs the top and should prevent fingers from sliding off becasue its pushing the analog from the side and if they slide off they would go up not down

also wash analogs and hands before playing if you think they are greasy it helps a ton
